Welcome to IDBA, you enter into a binding agreement with Interior Design Business Academy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
Agreement and Payment
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the specified course fee (“Course Fee”). Upon receipt of the Course Fee, The Institute will:
- Provide you with all necessary course modules and assignments (“Course Materials”);
- Assign a dedicated tutor to assist you throughout your studies. In case your tutor is unavailable, a substitute tutor will be provided;
- Evaluate and grade your assignments;
- Address any questions or concerns you may have about the course;
- Issue a Diploma upon successful completion of all course requirements.
Upon completing all assignments and settling the Course Fee, you will receive a downloadable Diploma. If you prefer a physical copy, we can send it to you for an additional fee.
Course Materials
Course Materials will be provided progressively as you complete your assignments. The Institute reserves the right to withhold Course Materials if you fail to make any required payments. If you opt for installment payments, each installment must be paid on or before the due date.
Failure to pay any installment by the due date will result in the immediate demand for the total outstanding balance of the Course Fee.
While you own the physical Course Materials, the content within, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, remains the property of The Institute, [Parent Company Name], or an authorized third party. Reproduction of any part of the Course Materials without written consent is prohibited. Printing copies for personal use is allowed.
You are not permitted to download or copy any videos provided for learning, as these are exclusively owned by The Institute, [Parent Company Name], or an authorized third party and can only be accessed through our platform.
Plagiarism is strictly forbidden. If detected in any assignment, The Institute reserves the right to expel you from the course.
You are expected to complete the course within 24 weeks, but you have up to 12 months from your enrollment date to finish your studies. If you purchase additional series or modules, you will receive an extra 6 months, totaling 18 months. Further extensions are available for a fee.
Enrollment is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above. For additional information, please contact us.
Due to our global reach, we cannot guarantee accreditation in every market. Students are encouraged to conduct their own research on accreditation.
Payment Details
The Institute will only charge the fees published on our website, regardless of the payment option selected.
If additional charges occur, they may be due to fees imposed by your card provider or financial institution. The Institute is not responsible for reimbursing these fees.
The Institute reserves the right to request payment if you progress through the course faster than your payment plan allows. Once you complete 75% of the course (9 modules), the total outstanding balance becomes due immediately.
Refund Policy
You can review the first two modules and the initial assignment with no obligation for 7 days from your enrollment date. If you decide not to continue, notify us within this period for a full refund.
Beyond the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. If you chose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments until the full Course Fee is paid.
The course is non-transferable to another individual or another course offered by IDBA.
The following products are non-refundable: Advanced Modules, additional series, course extensions, portfolio extensions, and workshops. In cases of technical issues that prevent or delay content delivery, the sole remedy is content replacement or a refund of the price paid, as determined by IDBA. Refund requests may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior.
